Before taking its form, each part and assembly of every SKY Battery is subjected to various quality checks at different stages of production such as :
- Incoming Lead Alloy is checked on SPECTRO to confirm the required composition of lead alloy.
- Before being processed, the lead oxide, which forms the PAM & NAM of battery, is checked for the apparent density, particle size, water and acid absorption and impurities.
- SKY Grid, the Skelton of the battery plate, is checked for its required strength by our expert procedures.
- The “SKY-TECH” active material has been formulated after extensive research and testing. The quality of which is precisely checked and controlled for each and every batch.
- The SKY plates are further processed in specially designed curing and drying chambers with controlled pre-set parameters. The quality of plates is checked by our expert methods.
- Each and every Cell assembly is subjected to short test and Shear test of inter-cell welds
- PLC based Leak test after heat sealing of battery container with lids
- All your SKY Batteries are filled with high quality acid and appropriately charged at factory with the help of heavy duty micro-controller based automatic chargers. This eliminates the chance of improper charging at dealer or customer end.
- PLT Test after charging.
